Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "567luk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 567luk platform, its operators, affiliated entities, licensors, and service providers collectively operating the website accessible at 567luk.app.
• "Platform" means the 567luk website, progressive web application, and all associated services, features, content, and tools made available through 567luk.app.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified at the time of the relevant promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 567luk before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by 567luk's compliance team.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, blocked, or illegal under applicable local law.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a 567luk Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from Indonesia or another jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform by 567luk;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 567luk or any of its affiliated operators, game providers, or technology partners;
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion, or in a state of impaired judgment;
• The funds you intend to deposit and wager are legally obtained and belong to you.

567luk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 567luk may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances contained therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering your Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested in the registration form. You must keep this information current at all times. 567luk is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity occurring on your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you notify 567luk promptly upon discovering unauthorised access. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

567luk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any point during your Account's history. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts with pending KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

567luk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice due to technical or regulatory factors outside 567luk's control.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. 567luk reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to any Account at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed for compliance. 567luk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 567luk accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 567luk Account. Before any withdrawal is approved, your KYC verification must be complete. 567luk targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for standard withdrawals during normal operating conditions; however, withdrawals may be subject to additional review and delayed processing where fraud checks, AML screening, or KYC completion are pending. 567luk does not charge withdrawal fees; processing fees imposed by receiving banks or e-wallets are the Player's responsibility.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 567luk reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from the Balance of inactive Accounts as published in the cashier help section. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. Any remaining Balance may be withdrawn by the Player upon reactivation of the Account and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

567luk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Timnas Indonesia match days. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook bonuses) are stated clearly on each promotion page. 567luk does not issue bonuses with wagering requirements that are not disclosed at the point of bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting), using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms will have their Bonus Funds voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts suspended pending review. 567luk's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to review promotion expiry dates carefully before accepting any offer.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on 567luk — including slots, live baccarat, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and table games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live-dealer studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), and Spribe. RNG certificates are available on request.

6.2 Sportsbook Wagers

Sportsbook wagers, including those placed on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and AFF Cup matches, are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. 567luk reserves the right to void any wager where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where the outcome of an event is otherwise compromised.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, game interruption, or system malfunction during an active game session, 567luk will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance. 567luk is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrable system error or malfunction.

6.4 Responsible Wagering

Players are solely responsible for the wagers they place. 567luk does not offer advice on gambling strategies and does not guarantee returns on any wager. All gambling involves risk, and Players should wager only amounts they are prepared to lose. See Section 7 for responsible gaming tools available to all 567luk Players.

Responsible Gaming

567luk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at intervals of your choosing to alert you to the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusions of one month or longer cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 567luk Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to simulate human interaction with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including coordinated play in live table games or sharing hand information in real time;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, free plays, or any other benefit not intended by 567luk;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 567luk staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 567luk Platform — including but not limited to the 567luk brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 567luk or its respective licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 567luk intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 567luk content without prior written authorisation from 567luk. Unauthorised use of 567luk intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

Privacy & Data

567luk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

All data transmissions between your device and the 567luk Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. 567luk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 567luk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any kind;
• Any gambling losses sustained through the use of the Platform, whether or not such losses result from a Platform error;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure, or regulatory holds;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 567luk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 567luk's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

12.2 Closure by 567luk

567luk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold the Balance pending investigation, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment; or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 567luk. Where closure results from a Player's breach, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from policy violations may be forfeited in their entirety.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 567luk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised international body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions, and they accept full personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian law. 567luk provides its services for entertainment purposes to adults aged 21 and over and does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the legality of accessing the Platform from any specific jurisdiction.

Amendments

567luk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 567luk will provide notice to registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and displays the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
